Coconuts

Ah, the delight of resting under a coconut palm on a hot mid-day at the beach with a gentle breeze making the fronds quiver and sing for me, the breeze kissing my cheeks and tousling my hair; the waves making music for my ears; the sun's reflection on the waters toasting my skin, and urging me to sip some more coconut water as I watch gentle clouds floating by overhead, with my tootsies wriggling gingerly in the hot sand. This is only one of the simple joys of life, were you to take notice, and also why I plant coconuts whenever, and wherever I can.
The coconut is a wonder food: the oil keeps candida, and microorganisms at bay, our scalps, and inner body nurtured, and the flesh, and water are high in potassium, and electrolytes to keep your body hydrated. Put some good rum in your iced coconut water, and let stress go! It is genuinely a great gift of nature, and one of the main attractions of the tropics.
